Our company has been anchored in the market since 1975. This success is based on solid principles that we have relied on ever since our company was founded and that we have recorded in the following. Everyone can measure us against these principles.

  • 1. Exclusive mandate relationship

    We act in accordance with a formal mandate from our clients who have not entrusted anyone else with the same mandate at the same time.

  • 2. Personal responsibility of the consultant

    We understand this to mean that the same person deals with the acquisition and processing of the mandate. The client knows the responsible consultant.

  • 3. "Briefing paper" as the basis for work

    An open and clearly structured discussion about all the questions connected to the position to be filled forms an important basis for our work. This discussion not only deals with the tasks and other factual and specialised topics, but, in particular, looks at the social environment of the position and the personality profile that results from all these elements. The contents of the discussion are documented and agreed on with the client.

  • 4. Confidentiality

    This is an absolute precept for us. The number of people in the know is kept as low as possible. Candidates only receive details about our client and the name of the company at the stage of personal discussion and not in previous telephone conversations or letters. The briefing paper is not handed out.

  • 5. Client protection

    Direct searches mean that we have obligations towards our clients. The client's company is not a source of possible candidates for us.
    We define a client as an organisation with which we have current business relationships or for which we have worked over the past two years. The organisation may be an individual business, a division that unites several individual businesses or a group with several divisions.
    Client protection comprises the whole area of influence of the client in question.

  • 6. Observation of candidate interests

    We see ourselves as a link between our client and the individual candidate. We represent our client towards the candidate. This is why we keep him/her informed about confirmations of receipt, interim decisions and appropriate rejections. We set up precise deadline agreements and respect the personality of the candidate during interviews. We only obtain references from previously determined persons with the candidate's approval. Finally, we guarantee the correct payment of interview expenses.
    We always ensure that the professional and personal development opportunities of the candidate or other lasting advantages can be realised at least in the longer term in his/her possible future position.
    We only send candidate documents to our client if there are existing business relationships and only with the candidate's approval. We do not send them to potential clients for acquisition purposes - even if the names have been deleted.

  • 7. Careful selection decisions

    We use our many years of experience to make selection decisions for the presentation of candidates to the best of our knowledge and conscience. These decisions are based on the entirety of the insights gained from our interviews, references, research and, if required (explicitly by the client), psychological or other assessments.
    We do not present candidates just for the sake of it.

  • 8. Intensive consultancy during presentation and commencement of employment, after-service.

    Before the presentation, the client receives written documents about our candidates. We basically introduce the candidates in person.
    In the ensuing consultancy discussion, we make comments and ensure that we represent all opposing interests.
    To avoid or overcome sensitive issues, misunderstandings or over-interpretation, we actively use our mediation services for both sides during negotiations. After the candidate starts work, we observe the integration phase and are in separate contact with the client and the candidate. If we recognise points of friction, we try to solve them by means of confidential dialogue with those involved.
    If the working relationship is terminated within six months and if a connection can be proven between the termination and our previous collaboration, we will carry out further searches free of charge.

  • 9. Fair conditions

    The success of a search for employees is influenced by a wealth of factors that can be found in the client's company, the market, the position and, of course, also our work. This is why we feel it is right that we share the risk of success with our clients. The fee is basically divided into three or four instalments. Each instalment is justified through a service that the client can recognise. The last two instalments are based on our success.

    - Initial instalment
    - (Interim instalment)
    - Presentation instalment
    - Final instalment

    If three instalments have been agreed upon, the interim instalment does not apply. Presentation and travel costs are not part of the all-in sum, but are invoiced separately. They must always be paid.
