Every search is always the personal responsibility of one single consultant. (cf. Guiding principles / point 2) He or she is responsible for setting up a national or international project team, which carries out the search following a schedule determined by the client.
A direct search can of course also be carried out with the help of advertisements. Our internal advert specialists will supply the necessary know-how for this.
